Refund Policy

10-Day Free Look Period

You have ten (10) days from receiving your policy to review it. During this time, you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund of your premium. To be eligible for a refund:
– Your event or trip must not have started
– You must not have filed any claims

After the 10-day review period ends, premiums cannot be refunded.

To request cancellation, please contact us at support@verticalinsure.com with your policy number or certificate ID.
